Use this page to request deletion of your account and associated data for Smashworld: Beat Explorers, operated by Smash Labs Srl.

What we delete

  • User profile (Google/Apple/other ID) and account metadata.
  • Local and cloud saves/progress (if present).
  • Preferences, session history and internal identifiers.

In‑app purchases remain subject to store policies and tax regulations. Fiscal receipts are not voided.

What we may retain

  • Minimal data required for legal, tax or anti‑fraud obligations.
  • Encrypted backups for a limited time (max 30 days), then rotated.

Tip: on iOS, deletion is also available in‑app: Settings → Account → Delete account. On Android you’ll find it in the app Settings menu.
